He did a fantastic job going over every policy and made sure I understood what it was about and how it affected my insurance price wise and policy wise. He made the process fast and easy. "Weeks ago I was in contact with this agent to set up a new policy. A driver on this policy is high risk, and we knew rates would be higher. I was given a rate that I felt comfortable with, signed for the policy, and was assured they would be in contact days before the policy was set to start, which was to be today. No one ever contacted me, so I reached out to verify everything was still good to go. Literally 10 minutes before they closed for the day they called to inform me that they could not complete the policy because of the high risk driver, the DAY that the policy was supposed to start. It’s not like they didn’t have all of our information that I gave WEEKS ago. I’m not making excuses for a bad driving record, however, had they actually done the paperwork prior to 10 minutes before leaving for the week I wouldn’t now be scrambling to make sure my vehicles are insured. This is insanely unprofessional and lazy."
